Do you ship internationally?

  • We are currently shipping throughout Canada & The United States.

 

How long does shipping take?

  • Depending on stock availability status, shipping typically occurs within 1-4 days, however some items may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped. Customers will be advised when items require longer processing times. Some Items in a single order may ship at a later date.
  • Some orders may take 2 - 3 weeks to ship due to location availability. Should this be the case, we will inform the customer of any delays.

 

What if my order has a preorder item with it?

We will ship out the preorder items separately. 

 

How long do I have to make a return, if necessary?

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and send off a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. must be in "resellable" condition.

To start a return, you can contact us submit a request via your purchase account. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions from there. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a return transaction.

What do I do if my package experienced damages and issues?

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What are the exceptions / non-returnable items?

  •  We do not accept returns on items purchased 'on sale' or gift cards.

 

Can I exchange an item?

  • For online orders, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

When will I receive my refund?

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded store credit within 1-14 days through a gift card or personalized code.

  

Who gets Free Shipping?

All customers who spend $200USD for US orders and $200CAD for Canadian orders. ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR IMPORT FEES AND CHARGES.
